One-on-One Meeting Agenda with Resident Assistant Staff
Artifact file
Overview
This artifact is a one-on-one meeting agenda I use with Resident Assistant staff. It reflects my developmental approach to supervision and my belief that effective supervision should support growth, reflection, and accountability rather than focus only on task completion.
My Role
I developed and used this agenda during individual meetings with Resident Assistants to discuss progress, address concerns, provide feedback, and support their development as student leaders.
What This Demonstrates
This artifact demonstrates how I use individualized supervision to build trust and help staff grow in their roles. These meetings create space for honest conversations about strengths, challenges, and goals. They also allow me to tailor my support to the needs of each staff member instead of using the same approach for everyone. As a result, these conversations have strengthened relationships, clarified expectations, and supported more confident decision-making among staff. This artifact reflects my commitment to supervision that is relational, reflective, and growth-oriented.
