Selected work that connects theory, reflection, and professional practice in student affairs.

Artifacts and Application of Theory to Practice

The following artifacts illustrate how I apply student affairs theory, reflection, and professional competencies to practice. I selected these artifacts intentionally to demonstrate my growth across multiple ACPA/NASPA competency areas, including leadership, advising and supporting, organizational and human resources, student learning and development, assessment, and social justice and inclusion. Together, these artifacts show both foundational and intermediate development and reflect my commitment to thoughtful, student-centered practice.
